These Terms apply to services provided by Anna Leon, Leon Consulting, Gontardstraße 11, 10178 Berlin, Germany. The specific scope, price, delivery method and timeframe of each service are stated in the respective offer or agreed individually with the customer.

I provide the agreed service based on the information and documents provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information and for ensuring that they are entitled to provide any submitted documents.

The applicable total price is displayed before the order is placed. Payment is due as stated during the ordering or booking process.

For written services, the delivery timeframe is stated in the respective offer. For scheduled services, the agreed appointment and any applicable cancellation conditions are communicated during booking or agreed individually.

Reviews, coaching and advisory services provide professional feedback and recommendations. No particular outcome is guaranteed. For career-related services, this includes interviews, job offers or employment outcomes.

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. For ordinary negligence, I am liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
